• Module 2 - This Intermediate course provides a comprehensive exploration of popular semi-classical music genres.
• We offer 3 modules in Intermediate course and each module offers in-depth training and practical application, fostering a stimulating learning experience.
• They will master three compositions per module, encompassing diverse forms like Ghazal, Thumri, Bhajan, and Sufi, while developing their unique artistic voice.
• Our courses will help the students to evolve their own individualistic style while performing these compositions.

Pre-Requisite

• To embark on our Intermediate Course, students must possess a foundational knowledge of Swar, Taal, and Bhaav.
• Students should have completed the complete 12 sessions Indian Semi-Classical Intermediate Module 1 course from Naadgoonj Academy for enroling in this course.
• Students with prior foundational training from other institutions are also welcome to apply.
• To ensure alignment with our curriculum, a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted through our introductory session.

Outcome

• Upon successful completion of our 12-session Intermediate Course - Module 2, students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in performing the learned compositions with confidence.

Sessions choice - To start you may choose between 4 sessions or 12 sessions.

What is covered in 4 sessions - 

• Session 1 - 4
  Learn to perfect the singing of the second composition with complete focus on tune, lyrics and bhaav, improvisation and developing of that composition.
  Students will have the option to choose any one composition between Ghazal, Thumri, Bhajan or Sufi.

What is covered in 12 sessions - 

• Session - 1-4 
  Learn to perfect the singing of the second Ghazal composition with complete focus on tune, lyrics and bhaav, improvisation and developing of that composition.
• Sessions - 5-8
  Learn to perfect the singing of the second Thumri composition with complete focus on tune, lyrics and bhaav, improvisation and developing of that composition.
• Sessions - 9-12
  Learn to perfect the singing of the second Bhajan/ Sufi composition with complete focus on tune, lyrics and bhaav, improvisation and developing of that composition.
• Total of 3 new compositions will be taught - 1 Ghazal, 1 Thumri, 1 either Bhajan/ Sufi (depends on student)

Please note - Students will be able to advance to next level only after completing all the 12 sessions
